攀西地区三大矿区矿石中均含有钪,而攀枝花矿中钪含量最高,约为27~32克/吨,已具有工业利用价值。对攀枝花矿中钪的赋存状态以及选冶流程中钪的走向分布作了详细考查,指出:钪的主要富集部位是钛精矿、选钛尾矿,高炉渣,电炉高钛渣和高温氯化烟尘。研究了以氯化烟尘为原料,采用水浸、磷酸三丁酯萃取,草酸沉淀、灼烧的提钪小型和扩大试验,可得含Sc_2O_3 99.5%的产品。从氯化烟尘到Sc_2O_3的总收率为60%。本流程具有工艺简单、生产成本低的特点。
Scandium is contained in the ore of the three major mining areas in Panxi, while the content of scandium in Panzhihua ore is the highest, about 27 ~ 32g / t, which has industrial value. The process has the advantages of simple process and low production cost.
