在注重学业成绩和文凭的时代,中职生很容易成为社会所歧视的对象,导致出现自卑及人际交往能力欠缺等心理状况,而这必然会影响他们的健康成长。本文依据中职生心理特点,运用合理的元认知干预技术,提出改善中职生的心理健康状况,提高其心理健康水平策略。
In the age of paying attention to academic achievements and diplomas, secondary vocational students can easily become the object of discrimination in society, leading to psychological conditions such as inferiority and lack of interpersonal skills, which will inevitably affect their healthy growth. Based on the psychological characteristics of secondary vocational students, this paper applies reasonable metacognitive intervention techniques to improve the mental health of secondary vocational students and improve their mental health strategies.
