直流超超临界锅炉中间点温度控制的品质直接关系到机组的安全稳定运行,在总结调试经验和相关文献的基础上,详细介绍了华能玉环电厂、国电北仑三期工程超超临界直流锅炉中间点温度的控制策略、调试过程中遇到的问题以及相应的控制策略修改。实际运行表明,策略改进后的中间点温度控制能够有效保证锅炉的过热汽温、金属壁温在安全范围内。
The quality of the midpoint temperature control of the DC ultra-supercritical boiler is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the unit. Based on the experience of commissioning and relevant documents, the intermediate points of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, State Power Beilun Phase III ultra-supercritical once-through boiler Temperature control strategy, debugging problems encountered in the process and the corresponding control strategy changes. The actual operation shows that the strategy of improving the middle point temperature control can effectively ensure that the boiler overheated steam temperature, metal wall temperature within the safe range.
