我国法学教育的快速发展与我国对法律职业的要求有着一定的距离,法学专业职业化的趋势要求法学院在法学教学中积极开展实践教学。但由于我国法学教育的种种制约,实践教学的开展又有着各种困难。针对这一情况,我校在国际法课程体系建设中进行了有益的尝试。在理论教学中积极开展合作探究式教学改革的同时,结合浙江实际,开设对外贸易法律实务训练课程,希望为我国法学教学中实践教学的开展提供一些思路。
The rapid development of legal education in our country has a certain distance from the legal profession in our country. The trend of the professionalization of law major requires the law school to actively carry out practical teaching in law teaching. However, due to various restrictions of legal education in our country, practice teaching has various difficulties. In response to this situation, our school made a useful attempt in the construction of the course system of international law. In the course of theoretical teaching, we should actively carry out the reform of cooperation and inquiry teaching, and at the same time, combine with the reality of Zhejiang to set up a training course of foreign trade law practice, hoping to provide some ideas for the practice teaching in law teaching in our country.
