诚者,真诚,热情也;信者,信誉,信用也;理者,理智,情理也;明者,知已,知彼也。此4字,在企业的营销活动中,尤为重要,乃留住顾客的关键。而要把握住这一关键,在于企业不能追求高额利润,只能按马克思主义政治经济学的观点,追求平均利润。由此可见,对企业而言,“忠实的顾客”比“满意的顾客”更重要。“让顾客再上门”是企业最真切的期望和持续努力的目标。 如何让顾客再上门,前提是“只是让顾客满意是不够的”,进一步“化满意的顾客为忠实的顾客”,才能把抽象的满意转而成为有利企业利润的实质行动。要顾客满意并不难,但要求其忠实则要费一番心思,必须从了解顾客着手。
