目的对比分析双源CT血管成像(DE-CTA)及磁共振血管造影(MRA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法将198例疑似颅内动脉瘤患者均接受DE-CTA、MRA及脑血管造影(DSA)检查,以DSA检查对患者进行确诊,分析DE-CTA及MRA对于颅内动脉瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异性及诊断价值。结果 198例观察患者中,共有172例明确诊断为颅内动脉瘤。而DE-CTA检查的灵敏度及特异性分别为84.30%及76.92%;MRA检查的灵敏度及特异性分别为69.19%及61.54%;CT检查灵敏度及特异性均明显高于MRA检查。同时经ROC分析显示,DE-CTA及MRA均对颅内动脉瘤有着显著的诊断价值(P<0.05),以DE-CTA检查的诊断价值更高。结论 DE-CTA及MRA均对颅内动脉瘤有着较高的灵敏度、特异性及诊断价值,均可应用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断中。
Objective To compare the value of dual-source CT angiography (DE-CTA) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods A total of 198 patients with suspected intracranial aneurysms were examined by DE-CTA, MRA and cerebral angiography (DSA). The patients were diagnosed by DSA. The diagnostic sensitivity of DE-CTA and MRA for intracranial aneurysms was analyzed. Sexual and diagnostic value. Results Of the 198 cases observed, 172 cases were definitely diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms. The sensitivity and specificity of DE-CTA were 84.30% and 76.92% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of MRA were 69.19% and 61.54% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of CT examination were significantly higher than those of MRA. At the same time, ROC analysis showed that both DE-CTA and MRA had significant diagnostic value for intracranial aneurysm (P <0.05), and the diagnostic value of DE-CTA was higher. Conclusion Both DE-CTA and MRA have high sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic value for intracranial aneurysm, which can be used in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
