1引言随着我国经济的高速发展,目前的能源消耗也在快速增长,工业、交通、建筑领域的能耗问题非常突出。在建筑领域,近400亿平方米的既有建筑99%都存在能源效率低下的问题,整体能耗量约占全社会能源消耗的30%,通过有效的节能手段提高能源使用效率刻不容缓。目前,建筑节能主要集中在三个方面:(1)用能设备本身的节能,通过提高设备能效,有效降低能源消耗。(2)楼宇建筑的改造节能,通过改造建筑的围护结构,最大程度改善用能环境的能量消耗。(3)优化节能管理维护,通过提高业主的楼宇管理水平,运用各种监测手段发现问题,针对性地进行
1 Introduction With the rapid economic development in our country, the current energy consumption is also rapidly increasing. The energy consumption in the fields of industry, transportation and construction is very prominent. In the construction field, 99% of the nearly 40 billion square meters of existing buildings have the problem of energy inefficiency.
