现代人才的理想模式,首先要求中学理科教师转变教育思想。这种转变主要涉及中学理科的教育目的、教育价值观、认识规律及教与学的关系等。在理科教育目的方面,必须把培养廿一世纪的未来人才作为理科教育的根本目的。这些人才需要有足够的科学知识和技能;有科学的世界观,科学的态度和情感;不满足现状,敢于和善于探索,富有应变能力和创造能力。当前,有人把理科教育的目的看得过于狭小,有的甚至把它曲解为仅仅是提高升学率,应付毕业或升学考试;还有的对学生不负责任,认为只要把学生送出学校就万事大吉,这都是与理科教育的根本目标背道而驰的。
The ideal model of modern talent, first of all require science teachers in secondary schools to change their educational thinking. At present, some people think the purpose of science education is too narrow. Some even misinterpret it as merely raising the enrollment rate, coping with graduation or entrance examinations. Others are irresponsible to students and think that as long as the students are sent to school, everything will be fine, This runs counter to the fundamental goal of science education.
