利用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET)分析300M钢低温回火组织特征相,计算了特征相最强共价键上共价电子对数的统计值及合金相原子状态组数和合金相界面电子密度差的统计值及相界面上存在的原子状态组数,利用电子结构参数计算了300M钢低温回火后各结构单元的强化权重,最后计算出300M钢低温回火后的强度。结果表明,低温回火后强度的计算值为2 278.2 MPa,计算结果与实际符合较好。
The solid phase and molecular empirical electron theory (EET) was used to analyze the microstructures of low temperature tempered microstructures of 300M steel. The statistical values of the logarithm of covalent electron pairs on the strongest covalent bonds in the phase and the number of phase groups and the interface states The statistical value of the density difference and the number of atomic states on the phase interface, the intensified weight of each structural unit after low temperature tempering of 300M steel was calculated by electronic structure parameters, and finally the strength of 300M steel was calculated after low temperature tempering. The results show that the calculated value of strength after low temperature tempering is 2 278.2 MPa, and the calculated result is in good agreement with the actual one.
