北京地铁9号线东钓鱼台站位于首体南路与阜成路丁字路口,处于城市主干道,在进行基坑围护桩施工时,需要解决如下问题:施工区域地层下部含有大量的大粒径卵石和漂石;地下管网密集,管线种类繁多;周围建筑物数量和种类多;对围护桩的垂直度要求较高等问题。通过选用全套筒冲抓钻机进行围护桩施工,解决了上述问题,并将施工费用、施工工期控制在合理范围内。通过总结全套筒冲击钻机的关键工序、在施工中遇到的问题及解决方法,为相似地层的围护结构桩施工提供了一种新方法。
