慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)并发类脂细胞增生国内只有零散个案报道。现将我院五年(1984～1988年)来,200例CML中并发类脂质细胞增生36例报告如下: 200例CML均为本科室确诊的住院和门诊病人,同时由笔者重新复查,发现有类脂质沉着细胞36例,其中高雪氏细胞39例,平均53.5个/片(7～103个/片);海兰组织细胞6例,平均602.8个/片(17～2100个/片)。其形态特征如下:
