《辞海》对从业是这样解释的:从业即从事某种事业、事情或工作;而廉洁从业则是指在从事某种事业、事情或工作时不贪污、不损公肥私。任何从业者都会涉及到是否廉洁的问题,古今中外概莫能外。中国共产党同样如此。党的十七大以来,党中央采取了一系列行之有效的措施,有力地推动了党风廉政建设与反腐败斗争的深入开展,增强了我们党的战斗力、凝聚力和向心力,但仍存在一些问题。要解决这些问题,就要求所有从业者真正做到不贪污、不损公肥私。这是中国共产党提高执政能力,巩固和加强与人民群众血肉联系的现实需要,是中国共产党领导中国人民实现国家富强、民族兴旺、人民幸福的要求,也是时代赋予我们所有从业者的神圣使命。
“Cihai” is explained to practitioners in the following ways: Practitioners are engaged in certain undertakings, things or jobs; and honest practitioners mean that they are not corrupt in doing any kind of undertaking, business or work, and do not harm public interests. Any practitioners will be involved whether the issue of integrity, no exception at all times and outside China. The same is true of the Communist Party of China. Since the 17th CPC National Congress, the Central Party Committee has adopted a series of effective measures to effectively push forward the party’s work style of building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption so as to enhance the fighting, cohesiveness and solidarity of our party. However, there are still some problem. To solve these problems, all practitioners are required to truly be non-corrupt and not to neglect private ownership. This is the realistic need of the Chinese Communist Party to enhance its governing ability and consolidate and strengthen its flesh and blood ties with the masses of the people. It is the CPC’s requirement of leading the Chinese people to realize prosperity of the country, prosperity of the nation and happiness of the people. It is also the sacred mission entrusted to us by all the practitioners of the times.
