目的寻找小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的最佳诊断治疗方法,减少误诊率。方法对本科近几年来门诊收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的病例进行分析总结。结果尽可能避免可疑致敏物质及致敏环境,仍不能排除致敏的可能,应考虑小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘是典型哮喘的前期表现,及早得到正规有效的治疗有重要的临床意义。 Objective To find the best diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma and reduce the misdiagnosis rate. Methods The cases of infantile cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital in recent years were analyzed and summarized. Results As far as possible to avoid suspicious allergens and sensitization of the environment, still can not rule out the possibility of sensitization, children should consider cough variant asthma. Conclusion Children cough variant asthma is a typical manifestation of asthma. It is of important clinical significance to receive regular and effective treatment as early as possible.
