随着新课程改革的大潮汹涌而至,新的课程理念给教师提出了新的挑战,初中历史课堂教学发生了变化。通过学习和实践,谈以下几点体会:一、教师的角色发生了变化,由居高临下向“学习共同体”转变传统教学中,学生无条件地接受教师的一切灌输。而新课程不断地促进教师从知识的传授者、灌输者转向教学活动的组织者、帮助者、合作者、服务者。随着新课改的实施,我们教师的行为出现了这样新的变化:如在课堂教学中,教师教授学生如何把书读懂、读透和如何搜集资料时,这时教师是教师。而学生搜集的资料老师未见过时,这时教师就变成了学生。这一多维角色的转变改变了过去教师独占课堂,学生被动接受的方式。同时,教师还用自己的爱心与学生一起营造一个平等、尊重、信任、理解和宽容的教学氛围,充分调动了学生的学习积极性;也最终形成师生相互沟通,相互补充的“学习共同体”。
With the turbulent tide of new curriculum reforms, new curriculum ideas have brought new challenges to teachers, and history classroom teaching has changed in junior middle schools. Through learning and practice, we discussed the following points: First, the role of teachers has changed, from the superior to the “learning community” in the transformation of traditional teaching, students unconditionally accept all the teachers indoctrination. The new curriculum continuously promotes the transfer of teachers from knowledge imparters and indoctriants to organizers, helpers, collaborators, and service providers of teaching activities. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the behavior of our teachers has undergone such a new change: In classroom teaching, when teachers teach students how to read, understand, and collect information, teachers are teachers. However, the information collected by the students was not obsolete. At this time, the teacher became a student. The transformation of this multidimensional role has changed the way that teachers used to monopolize the classroom and students accepted it passively. At the same time, teachers also use their own love to create a teaching atmosphere of equality, respect, trust, understanding and tolerance with their students, fully mobilize their enthusiasm for learning, and ultimately form a “learning community” in which teachers and students communicate and complement each other.
