当前深化教育体制改革的重要内容之一就是构建起竞争力强、运转高效的乡镇中小学管理体制,这也是当前有效地推进学校素质教育的必然要求。而当前的乡镇中小学管理体制还存在诸多急需解决的问题,导致了乡镇中小学教职工的教学积极性不高、办学效能低等问题。要解决这些突出问题,唯有进行体制创新和变革,本文就是对中国当前乡镇中小学管理体制改革和创新问题进行了有益探索。
At present, one of the important contents of deepening the reform of education system is to establish a competitive and efficient management system for primary and secondary schools in towns and villages, which is also an inevitable requirement for effectively promoting the quality education in schools. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the management system of primary and middle schools in towns and villages. As a result, the teaching motivation of primary and secondary school teachers in townships is not high and the efficiency of running schools is low. To solve these outstanding problems, only through system innovation and change, this article is a useful exploration of the current reform and innovation of the management system of primary and middle schools in townships in China.
