近十年可谓是中国城市发展的黄金十年。全国的城市化飞速发展,但中国城市化快速发展的同时,也伴随着产生了许多的社会问题。其中被广泛关注的拆迁问题成为这两年激化社会矛盾、影响社会主义和谐社会建设的一大顽疾。不得不承认,政府在城市化所带来的巨大利益的诱惑下,对拆迁工作缺乏科学合理的管理。因此本文基于《国有土地上房屋征收评估办法》对集体土地上房屋征收评估方法进行了探讨。 Nearly a decade can be described as the golden decade of urban development in China. Urbanization in the country is booming at a rapid pace. However, China’s rapid urbanization has accompanied many social problems. Among them, the issue of demolition which has been widely concerned has become a serious illness that intensified social conflicts and affected the construction of a harmonious socialist society in the past two years. Have to admit that the government in the urbanization brought about by the enormous benefits of temptation, the lack of scientific and reasonable management of demolition. Therefore, this paper discusses the method of assessing the expropriation of houses on collective land based on the Measures for the Assessment of Housing Expropriation on State-owned Land.
