建立了含乳饮料中的牛磺酸的快速高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mmi.d)反相色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和甲醇和水,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长330nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。方法检出限0.3mg/L,加标回收率94.0%,线性范围0.3~200mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.85%。该法具有样品预处理简单,灵敏度高,分析时间短,抗干扰性强等优点,适用于含乳饮料中牛磺酸的快速测定。
A rapid HPLC method was developed for the determination of taurine in dairy beverages. Methods The column was C18 (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mmi.d). The mobile phase was acetonitrile and methanol and water. The flow rate was 1.0mL / min, the detection wavelength was 330nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 20μL. The detection limit was 0.3mg / L, the recoveries were 94.0% and the linear range was 0.3 ~ 200mg / L with the relative standard deviation of 2.85%. The method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment, high sensitivity, short analysis time, strong anti-interference and the like, and is suitable for the rapid determination of taurine in dairy beverages.
