目的探讨颅咽管瘤的显微外科手术入路选择及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析山东大学齐鲁医院神经外科2006年1月～2009年3月收治的59例颅咽管瘤患者的临床表现、影像学资料、手术入路、肿瘤切除程度以及随访资料。结果 43例全切除,16例次全切除,无手术死亡病例,术后随访5个月～3年,平均2年,3例复发,术后50例患者症状和体征得到不同程度的恢复。结论显微外科手术治疗颅咽管瘤采取纵裂入路安全有效。
Objective To explore the selection of microsurgery for craniopharyngioma and its therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical manifestations, imaging data, surgical approach, degree of tumor resection and follow-up data of 59 patients with craniopharyngioma admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2006 to March 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 43 cases were totally excised and 16 cases were subtotally resected without any surgical death. The patients were followed up for 5 months to 3 years with an average of 2 years and 3 cases relapsed. The symptoms and signs of 50 patients recovered to varying degrees after the operation. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of craniopharyngioma is safe and effective.
