应国家海洋局海洋环境保护研究所的邀请,美国加州大学斯克里普斯海洋研究所高级研究员、华裔海洋化学专家周载华博士于一九八五年八月三十一日至九月十日来大连讲学。前来听讲的除海洋环保所外,还有中科院青岛海洋所、地质部青岛海洋地质所、国家海洋局第三海洋所和中科院大连化学物理所的科研人员。 国家海洋局海洋环境保护研究所所长周家义付教授、顾问万邦和付研究员等热情接待了周载华博士。
