近年来,中国高等职业教育发展速度不断加快,各类高职院校陆续开设艺术类专业的学生数量也逐年增长,这给传统的高校管理带来了严峻挑战。鉴于此,本文从艺术类高校学生的特点和目前高职院校学生管理工作的问题入手,详细阐述了高职院校艺术类学生的管理问题和管理策略,以期提高艺术类高职院校学生管理工作效率。
In recent years, the pace of development of higher vocational education in China has been accelerating.
