目的对临床血脂生化检验中采用分级检验方法的检验效果进行评价分析,为今后的临床检验工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法抽取2016年1月~2016年12月间,我院检验科收集到的血脂生化样本256份作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组128份,分别定义成观察组和对照组,观察组样本采取分级检验方法,对照组样本采取传统拉网式检验方法,对两组样本展开三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B水平检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果两组样本检验结果比较发现,TG、TC、HDL检测结果无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组HDL、载脂蛋白A以及载脂蛋白B阳性率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论血脂生化检验过程中,分级检验的能够提高检验结果的准确性,相对于常规拉网式检验方法,可有效降低成本,节约医疗费用,临床价值显著,值得关注并推广。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the test results of the clinical serum lipid biochemical test by the grading test method, and provide valuable reference information for the future clinical examination work. Methods Totally 256 serum lipid biochemical samples collected from our laboratory from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 128 samples in each group, which were defined as observation group and control group respectively. In the observation group, the samples were examined by graded test, and the control group samples were taken by traditional pull-net test. The two groups of samples were tested for triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A, apolipoprotein B Level test, and test results for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The positive rates of HDL, apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Grading test can improve the accuracy of the test results in the process of blood lipid biochemical tests. Compared with the conventional pull-net test, it can effectively reduce costs and save medical expenses, and the clinical value is significant, which deserves attention and popularization.
