Objective: To detect the expression of oncogene protein cyclinD1 in the process of liver cancer induced by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) in order to further explore the anticancer effect of lithium carbonate and its mechanism. METHODS: A short-term in vivo experimental model of rat liver cancer using “AFB1 + 2AAF (N-2 Acetaminophen) + Liver 2/3 Resection (PH)” will be used.
