前列腺癌(Prostates cancer,PCa)是中老年男性常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来在我国的发病率有逐渐增高的趋势。PCa由于各种原因而不能进行根治性手术治疗,因此放射治疗已渐渐成为其主要的局部治疗手段。三维立体定向放疗(3D-CRT)和调强适形放疗(IMRT)已表现出显著的疗效和明显的低副反应优势,必要时配合雄激素去势疗法,可逐渐地应用于有局部侵犯的T_3期前列腺癌的临床治疗,且越来越成熟。本文就其临床疗效及最新进展做一综述。
Prostates cancer (Prostates cancer, PCa) is a common malignant tumor in middle-aged and elderly men. In recent years, the incidence of Prostates cancer in our country has gradually increased. Because PCa can not undergo radical surgery for a variety of reasons, radiation therapy has gradually become its mainstay of local treatment. Three-dimensional stereotactic radiosurgery (3D-CRT) and intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) have shown significant efficacy and significant low side effects, if necessary with androgenic castration therapy, can be gradually applied to the local invasion T_3 period of clinical treatment of prostate cancer, and more and more mature. This article reviews its clinical efficacy and recent progress.
