目的:研究提高消毒供应室管理水平的途径,以实现对医院感染的有效控制。方法:对消毒供应室管理建立有效的监督机构、完善落实各种制度、强化人员管理,并推行信息化管理,提升消毒供应室感染防控水平。结果:规范消毒供应室整个工作流程并实施严格监管,保证消毒灭菌达到规定标准和预设成效。结论:在消毒供应室管理中,完善监管机构、狠抓制度落实以及强化人员管理、推行信息化管理,能够有效提升工作质效,防控医院感染。
Objective: To study ways to improve the management of disinfection supply room in order to achieve effective control of nosocomial infections. Methods: To establish an effective supervisory body for disinfection and supply room management, perfect and implement various systems, strengthen personnel management and promote information management to enhance the level of prevention and control of infection in disinfection and supply rooms. Results: The whole work process of disinfection supply room was regulated and the strict supervision was implemented to ensure that the sterilization and disinfection reached the prescribed standard and the preset effect. Conclusion: In the disinfection supply room management, improve the regulatory agencies, pay close attention to the implementation of the system and strengthen staff management, implementation of information management, can effectively improve the quality of work, prevent and control hospital infections.
