上海市人民检察院和上海市企业管理协会正在着手编写一套《企业法律咨询丛书》,将由上海市科普中版杜络续出版。该套丛书以企业为对象,以法律为准绳,以实用为前提,以问答为体裁,由有关方面专家、权威人士共同撰写,并由市人民检察院副检察长俞云波任编委会主任。其中第一册企业涉外经济部分将于7月份正式出版。本刊自第4期起每期已选择若干问题先予发表,本期续刊部分问题,以飨读者。(有关订书事宜请来信与上海市企协发行组联系,地址同本刊)
The Shanghai Municipal People’s Procuratorate and the Shanghai Enterprise Management Association are working on a set of “Enterprise Legal Consultation Series” which will be published by Du Luoxue, the Chinese edition of Popular Science in Shanghai. This series of books is targeted at companies, with the law as the criterion, practicality as the prerequisite, and questions and answers as genres. It is jointly written by relevant experts and authoritative persons, and Yu Yunbo, deputy chief procurator of the Municipal People’s Procuratorate, serves as the editorial director. Among them, the foreign economic part of the first volume of the company will be officially published in July. This issue has selected certain issues to be published in each issue since the fourth issue. This issue will be renewed for readers.
