利用9对ISSR引物对33份东方山羊豆种质进行遗传多样性分析,共得到110条带,其中多态性条带107条,多态位点百分率96.7%。东方山羊豆种质资源遗传多样性非常丰富,多态性信息含量平均为0.670,Shannon’s指数平均为0.557,期望杂合度平均0.380,遗传相似系数变幅为0.216~0.812。33份东方山羊豆种质资源在GS=0.42处可划分为三类,主成分分析与聚类分析结果一致。东方山羊豆不同地理来源种质相互混杂分布,种质资源间遗传分布与地理来源之间没有显著相关性。
Ninety ISSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 33 oriental goat bean germplasms. A total of 110 bands were obtained, of which 107 were polymorphic bands with a percentage of polymorphic loci of 96.7%. The genetic diversity of oriental goatbean germplasm resources is very rich. The average polymorphic information content is 0.670, the average Shannon’s index is 0.557, the expected heterozygosity is 0.380, the genetic similarity coefficient is 0.216 ~ 0.812.33. Resources at GS = 0.42 can be divided into three categories, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis results. There were no significant correlations between genetic distribution of germplasm resources and geographical origin in oriental goats.
