目的 :研究国产经皮胆红素仪的临床应用。方法 :在同一病人不同部位比较进口和国产二种经皮胆红素仪测定值的相关关系。结果 :二种经皮胆红素仪在同一病人的额、颏与胸骨三个部位测定值的均值高度相关 (r=0 .99,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :国产经皮胆红素仪可替代进口经皮胆红素仪在我区基层医院运用。 Objective: To study the clinical application of domestic transdermal bilirubin instrument. Methods: The correlation between the measured values ​​of imported and domestic transdermal bilirubin instruments was compared in different parts of the same patient. RESULTS: The mean values ​​of the values ​​measured in the frontal, iliac, and sternal regions of the same patient were highly correlated in the two types of transcutaneous bilirubin devices (r=0.99, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Domestic transdermal bilirubin instrument can be used in primary hospital of our district instead of imported transdermal bilirubin instrument.
