介绍以硝铵酸熔融液、粉状磷酸一铵为原料,高塔熔体造粒生产高浓度二元硝基复合肥的工艺原理、工艺流程、料浆配比,以及高塔熔体造粒的优点及不足。研究了磷酸一铵pH值及加入量对硝基复合肥疤块率的影响,结果表明,随磷酸一铵pH值的增加,硝基复合肥疤块率增加,产品白度值及粒状有变化。并分析了其他因素对硝基复合肥疤块率的影响,提出了相应的控制措施,可使硝基复合肥疤块率下降至1.10%~1.23%,降幅为0.77%~0.90%。
This paper introduces the process principle, process flow, ratio of slurry, granulation of tower melt with ammonium nitrate acid melt and powdery ammonium phosphate as raw materials, granulation of tower melt to produce high concentration binary compound fertilizer The advantages and disadvantages. The effects of pH value and dosage of monoammonium phosphate on the mass fraction of nitro compound fertilizer were studied. The results showed that with the increase of pH value of monoammonium phosphate, the mass fraction of nitro compound fertilizer increased, . The effects of other factors on the mass fraction of nitro compound fertilizer were analyzed. Corresponding control measures were put forward to reduce the mass fraction of nitrocellulose composite fertilizer to 1.10% -1.23%, a decrease of 0.77% -0.90%.
