最高人民检察院出台了《关于省级以下人民检察院立案侦查的案件由上一级人民检察院审查决定逮捕的规定(试行)》(简称《规定》),明确规定了省级以下(不含省级)检察院立案侦查的案件,需要逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的,应当报请上一级检察院审查决定。但是相关的具体实施举措还没有出台,故本文以反贪工作为视角,就该规定在具体实施上提出一些建议。
