一、概述我公司生产的大型精密光学仪器的铸铁件,具有以下特点:薄壁件很多、结构复杂、壁厚相差悬殊,最薄者4毫米,最厚者达60~70毫米,甚至在同一铸件中,壁厚相差有达10倍以上者,特别是各种具有导轨面的底座、工作台类铸件要求强度高、稳定性好,导轨面之硬度更需严格控制,有的要求加工后在HB200~220的范围内、加工光洁度在▽10以上,致密度的要求是用放大镜观察,无缩松缺陷,批量小、品种繁多。这些要求给铸造生产带来了很多困
