According to the tasks issued by the Ministry of Construction of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, the “Design Regulations for Structural Design of Lightweight Aggregates” was held in Tianjin from December 27 to 30, 1989. A total of 34 representatives from the competent authorities, national design, scientific research, universities, and construction agencies engaged in the research and application of lightweight aggregate materials were present at the meeting. The meeting listened to the revision group’s introduction to the revised content of the regulations and conducted a one-by-one review of the statute provisions.
