战斗在运输战线上的全体职工同志们:我省短途运输的群众运动,自中央和省委于9月份发出指示后,在全省范围内已轰轰烈烈地开展起来了。参加运动的队伍有13万多人,兽力车、人力架子车、手推车以及机关、企业、学校、人民团体的汽车6万多辆,驮畜1万多头。广大职工群众,精神奋发,干劲大增,斗志昂扬,战胜了许多困难,取得了很大的成绩,基本上保证了重点物资的调动,也照顾了一般物资的运输。全省短途运输货运量,8月比7月增长6.23%,9月比8月又增长16.16%。10月上半月比9月同期增长了24%。在这里,我代表省人民委员会,向同志们致以热烈的祝贺。
