目的建立同时测定复方间苯二酚搽剂1号中间苯二酚、氯霉素和水杨酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为VPODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.1%H3PO4-乙腈(75∶25);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:285nm;柱温:35℃。结果间苯二酚线性范围为0.119 77~0.718 63mg·ml~(-1),r=0.9991;平均回收率为103.75%,RSD为0.95%;氯霉素线性范围为0.041 56~0.249 36 mg·ml~(-1),r=0.9999;平均回收率为101.07%,RSD为0.60%;水杨酸线性范围为0.041 352~0.248 112mg·ml~(-1),r=0.9999;平均回收率为104.57%,RSD为0.81%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于复方间苯二酚搽剂中间苯二酚、水杨酸和氯霉素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of resorcinol, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in Compound Resorcinol liniment No.1. The column was VPODS (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% H3PO4-acetonitrile (75:25), the flow rate was 1.0ml · min -1, the detection wavelength was 285 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃ . Results The linear range of resorcinol was 0.119 77 ~ 0.718 63 mg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.9991, the average recovery was 103.75%, RSD was 0.95%. The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0.041 56 ~ 0.249 36 mg · The average recovery was 101.07% with RSD of 0.60%. The linear range of salicylic acid was 0.041 352 ~ 0.248 112 mg · ml -1, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 104.57%, RSD 0.81%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the determination of resorcinol, salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in compound resorcinol liniment.
