应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对东北百合属(Lilium)10种植物的花粉形态特征作了比较观察。10种植物花粉形态种间区别主要在于花粉粒的大小、萌发孔的大小及表面纹饰、网脊的排列。 Using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the pollen morphology of 10 species of Lilium was observed. The difference of pollen morphology among the 10 species of plants mainly lies in the size of pollen grains, the size of the germination hole, the surface ornamentation, and the arrangement of the ridges.
