With the development of the coal industry, a large area of surface subsidence is caused by excavation every year, and the destruction of land is increasing day by day. According to the statistics of seven mines in Huaibei, Kailuan, Xuzhou, Pingdingshan, Yanzhou, Jiaozuo and Feicheng, by 1983, 553,600 mu of land had been collapsed, of which 57,000 mu had been collapsed in the Huaibei mining area. It is estimated that by the end of this century, 145,000 mu will be collapsed At the same time, a large amount of coal gangue discharged still needs to be piled up. Industrial waste discharged from the Hang Hau Power Plant, namely fly ash, also needs to be piled up for storage in farmland. This not only reduces the cultivated land and brings losses to the agricultural economy, but also destroys the original soil vegetation and landscape and seriously damages the ecological balance of the mining area. Therefore, it is very important that we restore and planted the destroyed land in a planned way.
