目的:探讨葱白提取物对动脉粥样硬化兔的血脂代谢的影响。方法:将新西兰白兔32只随机分为四组(n=8),正常对照组普食喂养,空白模型组、辛伐他汀组、葱白提取物组均喂食高脂食物。药物分别给予博心通胶囊、予辛伐他汀干预,实验周期8周,实验验结束后检测各组血脂水平。结果:空白模型组兔TC、TG、LDL、apo B较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),治疗后与正常对照组相比辛伐他汀组及葱白提取物组均明显下降(P<0.05),但葱白提取物组优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05);空白模型组兔HDL、apo A1较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后与正常对照组相比辛伐他汀组及葱白提取物组均明显升高(P<0.05),但葱白提取物组优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:葱白提取物可以有效调节动脉粥样硬化兔血脂水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of light blue extract on blood lipid metabolism in atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods: 32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (n = 8). Normal control group fed with normal diet, blank model group, simvastatin group and light blue extract group were fed with high fat diet. Drugs were given botoxet capsule, to simvastatin intervention, the experimental period of 8 weeks after the end of the experiment to detect the level of serum lipids in each group. Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL and apo B in the blank group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), and the levels of simvastatin and light blue extract in the blank group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P < (P <0.05). However, HDL and apo A1 in the blank model group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). Compared with the normal control group, Statin group and light blue extract group were significantly higher (P <0.05), but the light green extract group was better than simvastatin group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scallion extract can effectively regulate the level of lipids in atherosclerotic rabbits.
