推进义务教育均衡发展,是全面实施新修订的《义务教育法》,进一步巩固义务教育成果,逐步缩小城乡、区域教育发展差距,促进教育公平与社会公平的战略选择。但是,教育的均衡绝不是分数的均衡,追求分数的均衡只会给学生、家长、老师带来无尽的烦恼。我们不能简单地把教育质量理解为考试分数,而应该培养学生全面发展,人人发展,特长发展,让每一位学生都把自身的天赋得到充分发挥,这才是最好的素质教育。
