目的 探讨牙源性钙化囊肿(Calcifying Odontogenie Cyst,coc)的临床表现和病理特点,以帮助临床医生制定治疗方案。方法 取自白求恩医科大学病案室库存的11份coc病例进行分析。结果 病人发病年龄广泛,无性别差异,下颌前磨牙及磨牙区是好发部位。X线表现无特异性,对诊断有提示作用。“影细胞”是coc的病理学特点。11例coc中,囊肿型6例,肿瘤型5例,有4例coc术后复发,其中肿瘤型3例,囊肿型1例。结论 coc临床表现与其他牙源性病损相似。coc为牙源性起源,其生物学行为复杂。肿瘤型coc复发率高。 Objective To investigate the clinical features and pathological features of calcifying odontogenie cyst (coc) in order to help clinicians formulate treatment plans. METHODS: Eleven coc cases from the Bethune Medical University medical record stock were analyzed. Results The patient’s age of onset is broad and has no gender difference. The mandibular premolar and molar area is the predilection site. X-ray showed no specificity, the diagnosis has prompted role. “Shadow cells” is a pathological feature of coc. Of the 11 cases of coc, 6 were cyst type, 5 were tumor type, and 4 were recurred after coc surgery, of which 3 were tumor type and 1 was cyst type. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of coc are similar to those of other odontogenic lesions. Origin of coc for the tooth, the biological behavior of complex. Coc tumor recurrence rate is high.
