俗话说:“金无足赤,人无完人。”成长过程中的学生不可能没有缺点,不可能不犯错。尽管现代教育特别强调对学生的尊重、赏识,提倡多鼓励学生,但我认为,学生的优点应大力表扬,但面对学生的缺点,该批评的还是要批评。批评是教育的一种手段,是教育学生的一种“常规武器”。这种武器使用得好,其教育效果就会如愿以偿,使用不好,就会事与愿违。因此,对教师来说,讲究批评的艺术,是关系到教育的成败,也是衡量一个教师教育工作的水
