目的:建立HPLC法测定舒筋活血片中紫丁香苷的含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Extend C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为264 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:紫丁香苷在0.163～0.813μg范围内峰面积与进样量线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.9%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于舒筋活血片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of syringin in Shujinhuoxue tablets by HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent Extend C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 Was 264 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area of syringin in the range of 0.163-0.813 μg (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Shujinhuoxue Tablet.
