目的分析南漳县土源性线虫病流行动态,为制定防治对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法对一个村常住居民(500人)抽样性监测,采用改良加藤厚涂片法或透明胶纸肛拭法检测,调查虫种及感染率。结果蛔虫感染率较高,为8.4%,未发现其他虫种;以学龄前儿童、学生感染者居高,女性高于男性。结论通过抽样调查,了解了南漳县九集镇土源性线虫的分布和虫种,为今后在诊断、治疗和制定防治方案提供了科学依据。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology of soil-borne nematodes in Nanzhang County and provide a scientific basis for formulating control strategies and evaluating the control effects. Methods The sampling monitoring of resident (500 people) in a village was carried out by modified Kato thick smear method or translucent adhesive tape anal swab method to investigate the species and infection rate. Results The infection rate of Ascaris was higher, 8.4%. No other species were found. The preschool children and students were highly infected, while the female was higher than the male. Conclusion Through the sampling survey, we know the distribution and species of soil-borne nematodes in Jiugu town, Nanzhang county, and provide a scientific basis for diagnosis, treatment and formulation of prevention and treatment programs in the future.
