为了确定浅埋薄基岩工作面的合理采高,通过理论计算和数值模拟的方法,对神东矿区浅埋深、煤厚为5.7 m的试验工作面进行不同采高的影响分析。分析结果表明采高较小时,顶板容易发生滑落失稳;但是随着采高的增加,失稳的回转角增大;同时采高增加冒落带和裂隙带向上扩张,基岩破断之后,上覆松散砂土层不能形成稳定的结构,最终导致“压架”事故。最后分析得到了该工作面的合理的开采高度为4.5~5.0 m。
In order to determine the reasonable mining height of working face of shallow buried bedrock, the effect of different mining height on the working face of shallow depth and coal thickness of 5.7 m in Shendong mining area was analyzed through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The results show that when the height of mining is low, the roof is prone to slip-off and instability; but with the increase of mining height, the rotation angle of instability increases; at the same time, the height of the caving zone and fractured zone increases and the bedrock ruptures Loose sand and soil can not form a stable structure, eventually leading to “pressure frame ” accident. Finally, the reasonable mining height of this face is 4.5-5.0 m.
