目的 :探讨 CDFI及 CDE技术检查在原发性骨肿瘤的应用价值。方法 :分别测量肿瘤周边及中心部收缩期最大流速 (Vmax)、舒张末期流速 (Vmin)、阻力指数 (RI)、搏动指数 (PI)等血流动力学指标 ,并进行统计分析。结果 :CDFI可清晰地显示肿瘤内的血流形态。测量肿瘤周边及中心部血流动力学指标 ,发现肿瘤周边部血流速度高于中心部 ,而阻力指数 (RI)、搏动指数 (PI)前者低于后者 (P<0 .0 1 )。恶性骨肿瘤血流速度高于良性骨肿瘤 ,而 RI、 PI前者低于后者 (P<0 .0 1 )。 CDE显示同一支血管的长度长于 CDFI检查 ,而在显示血管的宽度方面CDE检查小于 CDFI检查 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :通过 CDFI观察肿瘤周边及内部血流及血流动力学指标 ,可对原发性骨肿瘤作出初步诊断。 CDE更能反应出肿瘤血管的真实形态
Objective: To investigate the value of CDFI and CDE in the diagnosis of primary bone tumors. Methods: The hemodynamic indexes of maximum and minimum Vmax, Vmin, RI and PI of peripheral and central tumor were measured and statistically analyzed. Results: CDFI can clearly show the blood flow within the tumor morphology. The peripheral and central hemodynamic parameters were measured. The peripheral blood flow velocity was higher than that in the central part, while the RI and PI were lower than the latter (P <0.01). Malignant bone tumor blood flow velocity is higher than benign bone tumors, while RI, PI former was lower than the latter (P <0.01). The CDE showed that the same vessel was longer than the CDFI and the CDE was smaller than the CDFI (P <0.01) in showing the width of the blood vessel. Conclusion: The peripheral blood and hemodynamics of peripheral and internal tumor can be diagnosed by CDFI. CDE can better reflect the true shape of tumor blood vessels
