目前,我国设计的塔楼中,普遍采用厚30~40mm,高度2.9~3.5m、宽度1.5~2.5m的预制钢筋混凝土薄板作非承重隔墙,因非承重构件一律是单向配筋,在预制构件厂台模上生产,达到设计强度后用龙门吊起吊出模、立放。但在龙门吊起吊出模扶立时,普遍因长度大、构件薄,在跨中易产生裂纹,影响使用,有的断裂破坏。
At present, prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 30 to 40 mm in thickness, 2.9 to 3.5 m in height, and 1.5 to 2.5 m in width are commonly used as non-load-bearing partitions in towers designed in China because non-load-bearing members are all one-way reinforcements and are prefabricated. The component factory is manufactured on the platform die, and after the design strength is reached, the gantry is used to lift the die and stand. However, when lifting a lifting aid from a gantry, it is generally due to its large length and thin components. It is easy to produce cracks in the midspan, affecting the use, and some of the breakage and destruction.
