骨髓形态学检查是神经母细胞瘤临床分期的重要部分.但骨髓中瘤细胞数很少时,组织病理和免疫荧光检查则难以确诊.为此,作者试图应用短期组织培养技术提高神经母细胞瘤骨髓转移的检测效果.作者对7例神经母细胞瘤的11份骨髓抽吸材料用肝素溶液(10IU/ml)抗凝后分为两份.一份用UJBA抗神经外胚层单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光检测神经母细胞;另一份经密度离心分离单个核细胞,漂洗后用McCoy’s 5A组织培养液制备悬浮液.加15%未激活的热胎
