红外成像导引头采用红外焦平面阵列探测器,易受太阳光等杂散光的影响,评估杂散光对红外探测器成像质量的影响十分重要。由于导引头输出的信号一般采用LVDS或HOTLink格式传输,不能被杂散光测试设备直接接收,设计了一种图像调理卡,采用FPGA为控制核心,将红外探测器输出的图像信号进行格式转换和调理后传输至杂散光测试设备。实验测试中,对像素128×128,100 fps的LVDS图像和像素128×128,150 fps的HOTLink图像实时、连续地采集传输,可稳定工作。结果表明:该信号调理卡能满足将导引头信号实时传输到杂散光评估设备的要求。
Infrared imaging seeker using infrared focal plane array detectors, vulnerable to stray light such as sunlight, the impact of stray light on the infrared detector imaging quality is very important. Since the signal output by the seeker is generally transmitted by LVDS or HOTLink format and can not be directly received by the stray light test equipment, an image conditioning card is designed. The FPGA is used as the control core to convert the image signal output by the infrared detector into a After conditioning transmitted to stray light test equipment. In the experiment, the LVDS image with 128 × 128 pixels and the HOTLink image with 128 × 128 pixels and 150 fps pixels are collected and transmitted in real time and continuously, which can work stably. The results show that the signal conditioning card can meet the requirements of transmitting the seeker signal to the stray light evaluation device in real time.
