随着我国经济的迅猛发展,现代企业间的竞争已经逐步演变为人才之间的战争。员工已经成为企业宝贵的战略资源,作为培养人才的一种重要手段,员工的培养已成为生产制造类企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中取胜的一项重要课题。如何抓好企业员工基本技能培训工作,使培训工作在企业经济活动和生产实践中能够发挥作用,显得日益重要。本文从员工基本技能培训入手,分析了企业员工培训的必要性,并根据当前企业员工培训中出现的问题提出了一些建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the competition among modern enterprises has gradually evolved into a war between talents. Employees have become a valuable strategic resource for enterprises. As an important means of training qualified personnel, the training of employees has become an important issue for manufacturing enterprises to win the fierce market competition. How to do a good job of basic skills training of employees so that training can play a role in the economic activities and production practices of enterprises is increasingly important. This article starts with the basic skills training of employees, analyzes the necessity of training employees, and puts forward some suggestions according to the problems in the current training of employees.
