为了更好地了解钡吸气剂,借AES和XPS两种技术测定了钡膜和各种气体的相互作用。并以表面的反应特性,反应比(?)和互作用产物解释实验的结果。互作用产物既有钡的化合物(氧化物、氢氧化合物、碳化物和碳酸盐),又有被吸附物。含碳吸附物的存在与大家知道的实际电子管中会产生甲烷的那些气体接触有关。通过对此证明,所测得的气体-钡相互作用的特性,与在实际显像管中观察到的钡吸气剂的性质有良好的一致性。
In order to better understand the barium getter, the interaction between the barium film and various gases was determined by AES and XPS techniques. The experimental results were explained by the surface reaction characteristics, reaction ratio (?) And interaction products. The interaction products are both barium compounds (oxides, oxyhydroxides, carbides and carbonates) and adsorbates. The presence of carbonaceous adsorbates is associated with the well-known fact that those gases in the actual tubes that produce methane are contacted. By demonstrating this, the measured gas-barium interaction characteristics are in good agreement with the properties of barium getters observed in real picture tubes.
