随着医院体制的改革,医院尤其是公立医院作为双重角色的扮演着,一方面要履行社会责任,发扬国际人道主义精神,救死扶伤,以病人为中心;另一方面也要在技术与服务质量第一的前提下,节约成本,自创收入,为政府减轻财政压力,为社会创造一定的增加值。那么如何让上述二者得到平衡呢?医院指标体系考核是重要的管理手段,它可以从医院的财务收入、内部科研发展、人员综合素质提升、患者满意度等这四大主题使其达到最佳整合,从而提升医院整体的工作水平与效益。那么如何来建立这些指标体系?又如何加以实施呢?实施过程中又应该注意哪些问题呢?上述这些问题都应该引起医院管理者的关注。
