本文报告了人参及三七根20%乙醇提取物对小鼠的体温调节作用,及对环境温度变化适应性的影响。结果表明:人参与三七多次给药或一次给药,均可使寒冷和高温环境下动物存活时间显著延长,但三七抗高温的作用比人参弱得多;人参与三七均可对抗利血平引起的体温下降,亦可抑制多巴胺引起的体温升高;人参可对抗内毒素初期的体温降低,亦可阻抑其后期的体温升高;三七使小鼠体温维持于一般低水平,只阻遏内毒素的体温升高。
